Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Download it and keep both pets forever, with the Normal look, the Hero costume and its power, toys, care, sticky notes, the focus timer, selfies and more. No ads and no account. The Hero Pass is optional.
Is it safe? Why does Windows warn me?
Yes, it's safe. Capey is a small indie app and doesn't have a paid code-signing certificate yet, so Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" box for it. Click More info, then Run anyway. See the step-by-step guide. The Microsoft Store version won't show this warning.
Will it slow down my PC?
No. When the pets are relaxing they use under 2% of your CPU, so games and work stay smooth.
What does the Hero Pass unlock?
All 11 other costumes and their powers, eye and posture reminders, your own custom reminders, focus stats, screen-time care, the hero power battle skit and every future costume. You pay ₹99 once and keep it forever.
How do I get my key?
After paying, your key arrives by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours, usually within a few hours. Then click the Capey icon in the system tray (near the clock), choose Get Hero Pass, then I have a key, and paste it in.
Does it work on Mac?
Not yet. Capey works on Windows 10 and 11 only for now.
Can I use it on my phone?
No, the pets live on a computer desktop. Email yourself the link and install it on your Windows PC.
