Refund policy

We want you and your pets to be happy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

The Hero Pass (₹99, one-time) is sold by Motion Mint Academy, and payments are processed by Razorpay.

7-day full refund

Within 7 days of buying the Hero Pass you can get a full refund if:

  • your key doesn't work and we can't fix it, or
  • you're simply not happy with it.

No long forms, no awkward questions.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email within 7 days of paying.
  2. Include the email or phone number you paid with and your payment ID (it's on your receipt).
  3. We'll reply within 2 working days and send the refund through Razorpay, back to the way you paid. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

After a refund

Your Hero Pass key is no longer licensed for use, so please remove it from the app. The free version keeps working as before.

After 7 days

Still write to us. If something is broken, we'll help fix it, and we look at every request kindly.
