The short, friendly rules for using Capey.
Capey and the Hero Pass are sold by Motion Mint Academy (), the seller. In these terms "we" and "us" mean the seller.

1. The app
Capey is free to download and use on your own Windows PC. You may not sell, rent or re-upload the app or its art.
2. The Hero Pass
- The Hero Pass is a one-time payment of ₹99 that unlocks extra features. It is not a subscription.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay on their secure page; we never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- The key is delivered by email (or WhatsApp) within 24 hours: see the delivery policy.
- It gives you a personal license: one key per person, for use on the computers you personally use.
- Please don't share, publish or resell your key. Keys that are shared publicly may stop being supported.
- "Every future costume" means costumes we add to Capey later, delivered through normal app updates.
3. Refunds
See our refund policy: full refund within 7 days if the key doesn't work or you're not happy.
4. Your pictures
Selfies, clips and ID cards you make are yours to share for fun. They may carry a small "Capey" watermark. The pet characters and art remain ours.
5. Provided "as is"
We work hard to keep Capey safe, light and bug-free, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the Hero Pass.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we change something important, we'll update the date above.
7. Law
These terms follow the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
